About the role
We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to perform mass grading, fine grading, and site preparation across multiple locations in North Carolina. The ideal candidate can operate dozers with GPS technology as well as traditional grade stakes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mass grading, fine grading, and site preparation tasks.
- Operate dozers accurately using GPS systems or conventional grade stakes.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, grading crews, and survey/layout teams.
- Maintain equipment, report mechanical issues, and keep work areas clean and safe.
Required profile
- 5+ years of dozer operating experience.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and follow safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Required skills
- Operating dozers with GPS systems.
- Mass grading, cuts/fills, and site balancing.
- Reading grade stakes and following site plans.
- Basic equipment maintenance and issue reporting.
