Doorperson – Residential Concierge

About the role

The Residences at Rainier Square is seeking an experienced Doorperson to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, while maintaining building security and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and verify their access.
• Monitor and control building entry, maintaining a visible security presence.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and mail securely.
• Maintain detailed logs of visitors, deliveries, and any incidents.
• Assist with local area information and coordinate with maintenance and security staff.
• Keep the entrance and lobby clean and orderly.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance and dress.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local neighborhood to assist residents and guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, internet browsing, and basic software applications.
