About the role
We are seeking a Doctor who demonstrates the highest level of clinical expertise and patient care. The role involves delivering diagnostic examinations, communicating treatment plans, and contributing to medical research initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic examinations and relay treatment courses to patients and relevant departments.
- Actively participate in medical research programs and support departmental management.
- Hire, supervise, and coordinate clinical staff to ensure optimal treatment plans and procedures.
- Manage medical data and ensure its accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards throughout the department.
Required profile
- Proven clinical expertise with a strong focus on patient care.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic examinations and communicating treatment plans.
- Ability to lead, hire, and supervise clinical staff.
- Participation in medical research programs.
- Knowledge of medical data management practices.
- Understanding of safety and operational compliance requirements.
