Division Sales Manager – Field Sales Leadership

About the role

As a Division Sales Manager at JTI, you will lead a high‑performing field sales team across a defined geographic area in Florida. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, and increasing market visibility while supporting your team on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Trade Marketing Representatives to achieve sales, distribution, and market‑share targets.
• Set, communicate, and align sales goals with corporate commercial strategy.
• Monitor product availability and manage inventory levels across retail channels.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop sales representatives, fostering talent for future leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to secure orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Support the execution of retail and wholesale promotional initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven ability to lead large or complex sales environments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Synergy reporting and data tools.
