Division Director, I/DD

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Division Director to lead its Habilitation (I/DD) practice across Missouri. The role involves overseeing multiple offices, traveling extensively, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direct supervision of office Directors, Director Interns, and Service Directors.
• Drive client‑first culture, manage client concerns, and ensure ethical, legal, and safe operations.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of high‑potential staff across the division.
• Monitor financial stability, quality growth, and achievement of quarterly recruiting, marketing, and budgeting plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, support acquisition analysis, and respond to industry trends.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree.
• At least five years of supervisory experience, preferably in health care or social services.
• Minimum two years as a BAYADA office director or comparable role.
• Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead people, achieve goals, and think strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Competence in basic PC skills.
