District Sales Manager

About the role

EoS Fitness is looking for a District Sales Manager to oversee its sales team and support day-to-day operations such as people leadership, recruiting, schedules, payroll budgets, facility maintenance and the member and team member experience. The role reports to the Regional VP of Sales and aims to build a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop gym managers and staff, and lead a team of sales managers and fitness consultants across multiple locations.
• Monitor district-level sales performance, identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure locations run efficiently, meet company policies and standards, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Analyze KPIs (e.g. Medallia) to improve operational effectiveness and growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and resolve member complaints and staff concerns promptly.
• Build community relationships to raise brand visibility and attract new members.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• At least 2 years of multi-unit management, overseeing 4-6 locations depending on the market.
• Background in the fitness industry with a focus on sales and management, and knowledge of fitness products, services and member engagement.
• Experience delivering customer service, managing customer relationships and training staff.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and ability to work in a gym setting and lift more than 40 lbs repeatedly.

Required skills

• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use the company computer system, enter data and read reports.
