District Manager – Healthcare Clinics

About the role

Hydration Room is seeking a District Manager to lead a growing portfolio of wellness clinics across South Orange County. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring a superior patient experience across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational goals aligned with company initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, training, hiring, coaching, and performance management for all clinic staff.
• Manage staff scheduling and coordinate with medical operations to resolve customer needs.
• Monitor and improve productivity metrics such as NPS, membership sales, and customer volume.
• Track financial performance of each clinic, including revenue, expenses, and tip distribution.
• Collaborate with Shift Lead Wellness Coordinators and medical teams on cross‑functional responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or multi‑unit operations with a strong sales and customer service background.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to hire, develop, and retain talent.
• Excellent judgment and independent decision‑making skills.
• Ability to travel within the South Orange County district to oversee multiple locations.
