About the role

The Mann Center in Philadelphia is hiring a dishwasher. The role involves cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils, and keeping kitchen work areas clean and orderly. The agency behind the posting is Legends Global, a hospitality and events services provider.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment and utensils, using dishwashers or by hand
  • Wash china, glassware, silverware, pots and pans
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
  • Store all equipment in its proper location
  • Sweep and mop all kitchen floors
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed

Required profile

  • Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Sufficient mobility to perform constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for long periods
  • Follows safety policies and completes company-wide and job-specific safety training
