Dishwasher – Luxury Dining

About the role

We are looking for reliable, detail‑oriented Dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly in a fast‑paced, luxury dining environment. You will ensure all dishware, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area at all times.
• Sort and store clean items properly.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food‑handling guidelines.
• Support other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–50 lb items.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
