Dishwasher & Janitor – Restaurant Support

About the role

As a Dishwasher/Janitor at Chuy’s you will keep the restaurant spotless and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. You will maintain clean dining areas, wash dishes efficiently and support the team with an organized workspace so guests enjoy a fresh environment and fast service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining rooms, restrooms and back‑of‑house areas.
• Wash, sort and store dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain organized workstations and ensure all tools are ready for the kitchen crew.
• Monitor supplies of cleaning materials and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow health‑and‑safety standards and food‑service regulations.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
