Dishwasher – Full-Time

About the role

Join the kitchen team at Triple Creek Ranch and keep the dining service running smoothly. As a dishwasher you will operate the commercial dishwasher, maintain clean work areas, and support a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that reflects the resort’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload the commercial dishwasher, ensuring dishes, silverware, pots and pans are spotless.
• Scrape food residue, hand‑wash items as needed, and refill dishwasher chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, worktables, walls, and refrigeration units.
• Maintain cleanliness of hood areas, trash removal, and garbage‑can hosing.
• Assist with vegetable washing, stock production, and seasonal deep‑cleaning projects.
• Transport equipment and supplies up to 50 lb across short distances.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Physical stamina to move frequently around the dish pit and lift moderate loads.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and insurability for company vehicles.

Required skills

• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Proficiency using cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, and scrapers.
