Maintenance Worker

About the role

We are seeking a hard‑working, reliable Maintenance Worker to join the team at Triple Creek Ranch. The role involves moving throughout the ranch, including guest cabins and common areas, to keep the resort’s facilities and grounds in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and remodel resort buildings, cabins, and grounds.
• Operate a wide range of power tools and equipment such as drills, saws, grinders, welders and torches.
• Detect and address needed repairs, often in confined or hard‑to‑reach spaces.
• Lift and move equipment, supplies, furniture and boxes up to 70 lb.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and use ladders or stairways to access multiple levels.
• Maintain records, inventory and organized storage of tools and materials.
• Instruct coworkers on safe tool operation and recommend improvements.
• Uphold the resort’s five‑star appearance and guest experience standards.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically capable of frequent movement, climbing ladders and lifting up to 70 lb.
• Willingness to work outdoors in harsh weather.
• Ability to identify repair needs and act proactively.
