Director, Stadium Facilities

About the role

The Director of Stadium Facilities leads all cleaning and janitorial operations for the Tennessee Titans' stadium, ensuring a pristine guest experience during NFL games, concerts, and major events. This senior role combines operational excellence, vendor management, and sustainability initiatives to maintain world‑class cleanliness and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee stadium‑wide cleaning and janitorial services across seating bowls, suites, locker rooms, restrooms, concourses, offices, kitchens, back‑of‑house areas, and exterior plazas.
• Develop and execute cleaning standards, schedules, and procedures for game days, concerts, major events, daily operations, and offseason maintenance.
• Manage third‑party contractors and vendor relationships, including window cleaning, pest control, and carpet cleaning providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with Security, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Guest Services to support seamless event execution.
• Implement quality‑assurance inspections, performance metrics, and deep‑cleaning programs.
• Partner with the stadium’s sustainability lead to advance waste diversion, sustainable cleaning products, and environmental reporting.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale facilities or housekeeping operations, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue.
• Strong knowledge of health, sanitation, and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendor contracts and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with security, engineering, food & beverage, and guest services teams.
• Commitment to sustainability practices and environmental stewardship.
