The Director, Recruitment Services leads the recruitment function for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, overseeing the Workday job posting system and ensuring compliance with university policies and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee posting of open positions in Workday for university employees and students.
• Ensure applications are received and processed before the 12:01 a.m. CT closing deadline.
• Manage the draft application process and provide guidance to candidates.
• Coordinate with the Office of Human Resources to align recruitment activities with institutional goals.

Required profile

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

• Willingness to work on-site in Little Rock, AR.
