Director, Quality

About the role

The Director, Quality leads all quality‑related activities at Elemental Brands, ensuring that both manufactured and purchased products meet the highest standards of excellence. This senior role partners with engineering, product management, marketing, production and distribution teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) systems.
• Lead supplier quality management, including validation of certificates of conformance and vendor compliance.
• Oversee incoming material, in‑process, and final product inspections to guarantee product quality before shipment.
• Drive failure analysis on returned materials and support validation of new products.
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners in multiple time zones, requiring occasional work outside normal hours.
• Assist senior leadership with long‑range operating goals, expansion initiatives, and adoption of advanced technologies.
