Director, Product Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Delivery to lead the implementation of its payment products and services across the U.S. market. The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring successful deployments that meet customer needs and accelerate time‑to‑market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic delivery relationships for existing and new Mastercard products in the U.S. market.
• Act as an integrated partner to product, implementation, account, and technology teams at both Mastercard and client organizations.
• Lead business case development and execution of U.S. market product delivery strategies.
• Oversee customer and internal project teams through solution development, market readiness, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Conduct program kick‑offs, status calls, and client strategy sessions while leveraging Voice of the Customer insights.
• Drive projects to meet success metrics, applying product delivery best practices and continuous improvement processes.
• Provide business and technical subject‑matter expertise to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex product delivery initiatives in the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align delivery efforts with market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of developing and executing go‑to‑market and market readiness plans.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements that reduce time‑to‑market and increase revenue.
