Director, Partner Sourcing & Management – Global SME Partnerships

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Director to lead Partner Sourcing & Management for its Global SME Partnerships team. You will own the end‑to‑end partner pipeline, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful implementation of fintech and ecosystem collaborations that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic fintech and ecosystem partnerships.
• Own the partner pipeline from opportunity identification through contract signing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies with regional sales and product teams.
• Drive demand generation, sales enablement, and integration of partner solutions into Mastercard’s value proposition.
• Monitor partnership performance and optimize ongoing management to deliver benefits to Mastercard and issuers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading partnership sourcing and management in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of converting opportunities into scaled, revenue‑generating deals.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional influence skills.
• Ability to adapt delivery models to regional variations and go‑to‑market approaches.
