Director, Partner Relations - Hotel

About the role

The Director, Partner Relations – Hotel will lead the expansion and management of strategic hotel supplier partnerships within a fast‑moving travel ecosystem. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine commercial strategy, relationship management, and hands‑on execution to turn partnerships into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic hotel supplier relationships across chains, brands, and individual properties.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new hotel suppliers, expanding participation in preferred programs and marketing initiatives.
• Design and execute engagement strategies that drive revenue, commission growth, and program adoption.
• Lead commercial initiatives such as incentives, promotions, events, and performance‑based programs.
• Conduct supplier business reviews, analyze performance data, and optimize partnerships against revenue and profitability targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements to maximize financial outcomes and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with marketing, member relations, and operations teams to support advisor onboarding, training, and escalation handling.
• Represent the organization at industry events and stay abreast of hotel market trends and competitive dynamics.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing hotel supplier relationships with direct revenue or budget responsibility (2M+ preferred).
• Strong background in the hotel industry, preferably with luxury hospitality exposure.
• Proven ability to build, pitch, and execute commercial partnership programs with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth or improving profitability through supplier partnerships.
• Experience working cross‑functionally across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
