Director of Standardization

About the role

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is looking for a Director of Standardization (pay grade 16, reports to the Regional Vice President, with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Standardization if applicable). The role identifies and executes strategic initiatives to drive operations excellence across each service line and addresses client requests on systemwide or division-wide initiatives. It aims to find business efficiencies through innovative solutions and deliver large-scale projects that retain clients, working with clients, operators and field support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between operations, field support and clients to align strategy and goals of the business partnership
• Leverage data analytics to identify strategic initiatives
• Build rapport and trust with key stakeholders to communicate initiatives
• Manage project plans, defining scope, resources, timeline and metrics of success
• Share best practices across the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma training required; PMP certification preferred
• Project management experience, including 5 years managing large, complex projects
• Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
• Proven ability to influence and manage resources without a direct reporting relationship
• Proven ability to address competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
