Director of Sales

About the role

ClickView is seeking a Director of Sales to lead its growth across the United States. This senior, hands‑on position combines strategic leadership with direct pipeline generation and deal closing, while working remotely with occasional travel to key districts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve individual and team revenue targets across the full sales cycle.
• Partner with the CEO to define and execute a focused US growth strategy.
• Build, coach, and lead a high‑performing sales team, setting clear activity and conversion metrics.
• Drive pipeline through direct selling, strategic outbound, and market engagement in priority districts and states.
• Establish operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection while championing CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate lead generation into qualified pipeline.
• Align closely with Customer Success to ensure retention, expansion, and seamless customer experience.
• Work with other sales leaders to standardise processes and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Demonstrated ability to execute hands‑on sales activities while managing a team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with education stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the US for in‑person meetings and events.
