Director of Retail Operating Model & Technology

About the role

The Director of Retail Operating Model & Technology will shape how processes, people and technology work together to drive retail growth. You will design and own the weekly and daily operational routines across stores, ensuring seamless integration of staffing, scheduling, and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain efficient operational routines for retail stores, adapting to location, volume, and staffing nuances.
• Partner with Workforce Management to align labor models, scheduling tools and baseline routines.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations to assess and adapt operating models for international expansion.
• Lead the retail technology and process‑improvement roadmap, coordinating with Tech Ops, Retail Engineering and Digital teams.
• Capture, prioritize and track process and technology improvement opportunities from store visits and KPI reviews.
• Manage product enhancement requests for core platforms such as RFID, Omni‑channel, inventory control, asset‑protection and POS systems.
• Develop business cases and support new technology solutions for global store concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling retail operating models.
• Strong track record of cross‑functional collaboration with technology, operations and regional teams.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable operational routines.
• Experience supporting international retail expansion.
