About the role
The Director, Recruitment Services leads the recruitment operations for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, overseeing the Workday job posting system and ensuring smooth application processes for employees and students.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Workday “Find Jobs” and “Find Jobs for Students” portals.
- Ensure all job postings close at 12:01 a.m. CT on the designated closing date.
- Oversee draft application handling via “My Draft Applications” on the Candidate Home page.
Required profile
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
- No sponsorship will be provided.
