Director of Production Print Sales

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Director of Production Print to lead its production print sales organization. This senior management position is responsible for driving sales performance, guiding regional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and develop Region Sales Managers and Network Specialists to meet sales targets.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on production‑print products and technology, delivering training to regional personnel.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on product‑launch strategy and execute launches within the division.
• Lead strategic account development and manage key customer relationships.
• Design and implement sales processes and technical support procedures for production print.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate talent; provide recommendations on promotions, discipline, and terminations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a sales‑management role with supervisory responsibility.
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast‑changing business environment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales acumen.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and collaboration skills with consistent follow‑through.
• Effective written and oral communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary range $100,000‑$120,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings estimated at $200,000‑$240,000 including incentive compensation.
