Director of Product Management, Global Business Systems

About the role

LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is undertaking a multi‑year transformation of its global business systems to boost go‑to‑market efficiency and revenue growth. The Director of Product Management will own the strategy and execution of core platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue systems, driving end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash outcomes aligned with the 2026‑2028 growth plan.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and Quote‑to‑Order platforms.
• Lead Lead‑to‑Cash transformation across systems, processes, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion, digital revenue).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and track success metrics.
• Establish scalable, reusable platform capabilities for multiple business units and regions.
• Coordinate global rollout, operational readiness, training, and change management.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering best practices and operating models.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale platform or system transformations with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of Lead‑to‑Cash and Quote‑to‑Order processes, including CRM, CPQ, pricing, contracting, and order management.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise sales and revenue workflows.
