About the role

The Director of Legal Education (DLE) serves as the face of BARBRI bar review, partnering with law schools to drive student success and bar exam results. This high‑impact position blends account management, sales, and campus leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑account service to law school administration, faculty, and students, including travel to campuses.
• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert on bar exams and BARBRI products, delivering presentations and workshops.
• Recruit, train, and manage Student Ambassador teams, overseeing outreach, CRM usage, and on‑campus events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and administrators, responding promptly to inquiries.

Required profile

• J.D. degree (state bar admission not required) with proven account‑strategy experience.
• Strong relationship‑management and public‑speaking abilities.
• Leadership experience recruiting and motivating campus‑based teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% during semesters and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
