Director of Growth Product & Monetization

About the role

In Tandem is looking for a senior leader to own the growth and monetization strategy for OurFamilyWizard, a core product that supports families navigating separation and shared custody. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with Marketing to drive acquisition, activation, conversion and revenue across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute conversion and monetization priorities for direct‑to‑consumer, professional referral and court‑directed journeys.
• Build and maintain a growth operating system with shared metrics, a high‑velocity experiment pipeline and regular review cadences.
• Align product, marketing, engineering and data teams around acquisition cost, activation, retention and lifetime value goals.
• Lead pricing, packaging and new‑product monetization strategies across app stores and web platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, modeling and experimentation, turning strategy into measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading growth and monetization functions in consumer SaaS or digital products.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform pricing, conversion and retention decisions.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive execution in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the mission of supporting families.
