Director of Food And Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will shape the culinary and service experience for BIBA’s upcoming private members club and boutique hotel. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees all food and beverage operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment as the club prepares for its late‑Fall 2026 opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operations across two restaurants, three social spaces and several satellite bars, maintaining consistent service standards.
• Maintain a strong daily presence on each venue floor to ensure seamless service and member satisfaction.
• Oversee satellite production and catering kitchens, managing workflow, quality control and inventory systems.
• Direct culinary and service logistics for in‑house and off‑site catering, private events and member activations.
• Develop and scale the F&B program, including menu evolution, seasonal programming and beverage strategy.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Director to drive quality, consistency and innovation.
• Manage OS&E forecasting, procurement, par levels and cost control across all outlets.
• Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance and profitability through strategic planning.
• Establish training pathways and succession plans to ensure long‑term stability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in multi‑venue food and beverage operations.
• Strong operational precision with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to develop and implement menu and beverage concepts that align with brand vision.
• Experience managing budgets, cost control and OS&E procurement.
• Track record of building and mentoring high‑performing teams.
