Director of Food And Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all food and beverage operations for BIBA’s two restaurants, three social spaces, satellite bars, and both production and catering kitchens. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures exceptional member experiences through operational precision, culinary consistency, and innovative service programming.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑venue operations, maintaining consistent service standards and brand alignment across restaurants, social spaces, and satellite bars.
• Maintain a strong daily presence on all venues to ensure seamless service and member satisfaction.
• Manage satellite production kitchens, including workflow, quality control, inventory systems, and cross‑venue support.
• Direct culinary and service logistics for in‑house and off‑site catering, private events, and member activations.
• Develop and scale the F&B program, including menu evolution, seasonal programming, beverage strategy, and member‑driven experiences.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Director to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Handle OS&E forecasting, procurement, par levels, and cost control across all outlets.
• Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance, and profitability through strategic planning.
• Establish training teams to ensure onboarding excellence, service consistency, and succession stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑venue food and beverage operations.
• Strong operational presence with the ability to maintain service standards.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and scale F&B programs and seasonal offerings.
• Leadership skills to build and mentor training teams.
