Director of Field Marketing (Home Remodeling)

About the role

The Replacement Sales Manager leads a high‑performing team of Replacement Sales Consultants to grow market share and achieve sales and customer‑satisfaction goals in the home remodeling sector. This hands‑on leader spends over 50 % of time in the field, coaching consultants, reinforcing the sales process and ensuring a turn‑key experience for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Replacement Sales Consultants to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular field ride‑alongs to observe, coach and reinforce the structured Replacement Sales Process.
• Recruit, hire and onboard high‑performing sales talent in partnership with HR.
• Champion a customer‑first mindset, aiming for 100 % “Very Satisfied” survey results and addressing escalated concerns.
• Partner with marketing and lead‑generation teams to maximize campaign ROI and conversion.
• Collaborate with Installation and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience in consultative, in‑home or construction‑based selling environments.
• Strong track record of coaching, motivating and developing high‑performance sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfort using smart devices for sales activities.
