About the role

Our Home is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results‑oriented Director of Category Management to lead the category management function. The role drives profitable revenue growth by aligning category strategy, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution, ensuring the right assortment and sales approach to meet revenue and margin objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management strategies that align with company goals and drive profitable growth.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning.
• Identify whitespace, assortment gaps, and innovation opportunities.
• Lead annual and long‑range sales strategies, contributing to the AOP, forecasting, and demand planning processes.
• Oversee assortment planning, pricing optimization, and promotional effectiveness to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Define channel strategies across eCommerce, retail, B2B, and other channels.
• Partner with Sales leadership on targets, coverage, and focus areas.
