Director of Brand Marketing (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing functional beverage and wellness lifestyle brand to hire a Director of Brand Marketing on a 6‑month contract. The role will own U.S. brand activation, driving awareness, engagement and commercial impact through integrated, culturally‑relevant campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, experiential, PR and influencer channels.
• Own the U.S. brand activation strategy, ensuring each initiative drives awareness, engagement and business growth.
• Design and launch large‑scale celebrity, talent and creator‑led marketing programs that enhance brand equity.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that authentically connect with target consumers.
• Collaborate with creative, product, sales and agency partners to bring campaigns from concept to launch.
• Translate consumer, category and competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies and innovation opportunities.
• Support product innovation and go‑to‑market planning with consumer and market perspectives.
• Ensure all marketing activity reflects emerging cultural trends while aligning with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within high‑growth consumer brands.
• Proven success leading integrated campaigns with notable celebrity, talent, athlete or creator partnerships.
• Experience building lifestyle, wellness, beverage, food, beauty or culturally relevant consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of modern brand building across paid, earned, owned, social, experiential and retail channels.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
