Director, Lifecycle Marketing

About the role

Kindred is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to design and scale a global, omni‑channel communications engine that deepens member engagement and drives long‑term loyalty. You will own the end‑to‑end member journey, blending data‑driven optimization with the storytelling of a lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for all member communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging, and emerging channels.
• Optimize existing programs and launch new lifecycle initiatives based on data insights.
• Build the foundational lifecycle marketing processes, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a growing lifecycle marketing team.
• Partner cross‑functionally with product, growth, and design to create personalized customer journeys.
• Prioritize high‑leverage opportunities and solve the most impactful member problems.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading lifecycle or growth marketing initiatives at a fast‑paced startup or high‑growth company.
• Hands‑on, player‑coach mindset with a track record of both strategic thinking and execution.
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities combined with creative storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote‑first environment.
