Director, Innovative Patient Data Products

About the role

This Director role sits within Data Products and Foundations, under Data Partnerships, Innovation and Products, reporting to the Executive Director, Innovative Data Offerings and Products. It works closely with the Data Enablement Organization to deliver trusted, reusable, AI-ready data products. The position is remote anywhere in the U.S., with about 20% travel and no relocation provided.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization and lifecycle for Patient Journey, SP/ASOC, Hub and Access.
• Embed business meaning, semantic definitions, reusable measures, standards, metadata, lineage and consumption patterns into product design.
• Work with the Data Enablement Organization to turn strategy into executable plans, align on priorities and remove barriers.
• Partner with business, analytics, technology and other teams to prioritize high-value capabilities and reduce duplication.
• Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, performance management and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
• Set product standards, governance routines, intake processes, service expectations and value measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, data, analytics or consulting, focused on data products, data strategy, product management or analytics enablement.
• At least 5 years of expertise in patient journey, SP/ASOC, hub and access data, patient services, market access and commercial analytics, data governance and AI-ready semantic data products.
• Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, prioritization, use cases, adoption plans and governance in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of semantic data products, data quality, metadata, lineage and standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Expected salary of $185,500 to $344,500 per year, with a performance-based cash incentive and possible annual equity awards.
