About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Greystar’s corporate functions. Reporting to the People & Culture team, this senior role focuses on driving performance, talent management, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a strong, inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and partner with leaders of Corporate functions to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Deliver people initiatives and change programs, collaborating with the broader People & Culture team.
- Monitor and resolve employee relations cases, performance issues, and EEO matters in a timely manner.
- Support talent acquisition, training, and development programs as needed.
- Participate in merger and acquisition due‑diligence activities and onboarding of new entities.
- Develop and report on HR metrics to identify trends and improve people management practices.
- Manage the annual performance and compensation review process.
Required profile
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, global organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to drive change.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
