Director Finance - Hospital Operations

About the role

The Director of Finance for Hospital Operations supports assigned geographic market hospital campuses, working directly with finance and campus leadership to provide financial analysis and data for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial performance reviews of campus activity to regional senior leadership.
• Compile projections and vet assumptions on initiatives or growth opportunities using cost, budget and EPIC systems.
• Conduct market analysis to assess viability of opportunities and evaluate plan performance.
• Assess opportunities promptly, delivering action items to achieve or exceed budget, including identifying efficiencies, cost reductions, or revenue enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or healthcare finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, CPA certification in Pennsylvania, and extensive healthcare finance experience.
