Director, Enterprise Strategy

About the role

Mastercard’s Digital Payments team is seeking a Director of Enterprise Strategy to drive strategic priorities, business performance management, and enterprise governance. Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Strategy, you will partner with product, engineering, regional, and corporate teams to shape the future of digital commerce and payments innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance across Network and Digital Products, ensuring initiatives are structured, monitored, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Design, implement, and manage KPI performance frameworks, driving alignment and accountability across the organization.
• Manage senior‑level business review processes, synthesizing inputs to deliver data‑informed updates and recommendations.
• Develop high‑impact materials for investor communications, collaborating with Finance, Investor Relations, and Product leadership.
• Run analytics and oversee key data processes that support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic partner influencing executive priorities in large, complex organizations.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, regional, and corporate functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver results at scale.
