About the role

The company, a leading footwear brand, is seeking a Marketing Director to design, implement and supervise commercial and marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth, increase market share, enhance customer experience and achieve sales and brand‑positioning goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet sales targets and attract distributors.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve client acquisition and retention processes.
• Plan and manage events, sponsorships and promotional activities that connect end‑consumers with distributors.
• Create and run digital and traditional marketing campaigns, oversee branding, promotions and media planning.
• Analyze market trends, competition and KPI data to identify opportunities and threats.
• Grow and manage social media channels and implement marketing analytics tools.
• Design customer‑experience programs, surveys and loyalty initiatives.
• Lead, coach and mentor the marketing and sales teams, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
• Control the marketing budget, measure ROI and ensure profitable investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree in Commercial Management, Digital Marketing or MBA is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager or Brand Manager, preferably in footwear, textile, fashion or related sectors.
• Proven experience with the Latino market in the United States.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced use of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, VTX, Magento).
• Proficiency in digital‑marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics).
• Data analysis and financial planning skills (budgeting, KPI monitoring, statistical analysis).
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile project management.
