Senior Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

Camunda is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead and expand its partner‑centric demand generation initiatives. Based in the United States and working fully remote, you will collaborate with technology and channel partners to drive joint marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated partner marketing programs that generate demand and expand market reach.
• Lead the creation of co‑marketing campaigns, including webinars, virtual events, digital programs and content assets.
• Produce co‑branded collateral such as solution briefs, case studies, landing pages and toolkits.
• Partner with channel and technology allies to align on business priorities, provide enablement resources and ensure successful campaign rollout.
• Manage lead‑generation initiatives through partner channels, track funnel metrics and coordinate timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in partner, channel or alliance marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop joint value propositions and drive collaborative marketing execution.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills in a remote work environment.
