Digital Platform Strategist

About the role

The Digital Platform Strategist will support the execution and optimisation of products within the AppcastOne suite, helping clients achieve measurable hiring outcomes. This role blends recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and data‑driven analysis, working closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales and Tech Solutions teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across AppcastOne products, including Xtend and Tech‑Enabled Career sites.
• Contribute to the growth of multi‑million‑dollar owned and operated Appcast products.
• Develop and manage remarketing strategies aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide insights for optimisation.
• Partner with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives.
• Make proactive recommendations to improve performance and digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee creative briefing and QA processes to ensure accurate, on‑time campaign launches.
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data integrity.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product enhancements and emerging digital media trends, sharing learnings with the team.
• Create internal process improvements and documentation for the media function.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business‑intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of pixels, tags and conversion tracking.
