Director, Corporate Communications & Social Reputation

About the role

Beast Industries is seeking a strategic communications leader to own and evolve how the brand appears in real‑time public conversations. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the Director will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Founder, and senior leadership, shaping corporate reputation across social platforms, executive channels, and emerging public forums.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall external communications and social reputation strategy.
• Design and govern systems that shape corporate reputation on social media, executive channels, and emerging forums.
• Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and executive team on complex communications challenges.
• Drive measurable improvements in brand sentiment, trust, and audience engagement across priority platforms.
• Establish Beast Industries as a best‑in‑class example of modern corporate communications and reputation management.
• Strengthen executive visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
• Build a scalable social reputation framework covering listening, risk detection, response management, governance, and measurement.
• Enhance organizational readiness for high‑profile issues, emerging narratives, and reputation‑sensitive events.
• Develop communications capabilities, processes, and talent to support long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in corporate communications and reputation management.
• Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
• Ability to advise C‑suite leaders and navigate complex communications landscapes.
• Strong platform fluency across major social and professional networks.
