Director, Communications & Employer Brand

About the role

This senior position partners with senior leaders, HR and corporate stakeholders to translate business priorities into compelling employee and leadership communications. The role drives engagement, reinforces culture, and amplifies the employee value proposition across a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all employee and leadership communications, including executive messaging, organizational announcements and engagement campaigns.
• Develop and execute an integrated storytelling strategy that connects employees to company priorities, culture and values.
• Oversee enterprise town halls, leadership forums and employee communication events to ensure a consistent experience.
• Own editorial planning for newsletters, campaigns and internal channels.
• Define SharePoint and digital employee experience content strategy, design and user experience.
• Manage graphic design and creative services to ensure visually compelling, brand‑aligned communications.
• Create campaigns that support culture, belonging, recognition, volunteering, learning, wellbeing and other employee initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in internal, executive or corporate communications.
• Track record of building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to partner with executives and senior leaders to increase visibility and storytelling.
• Experience shaping employee experience and employer brand at a global scale.
