Marketing Senior Specialist

About the role

RIB Software is seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist to drive demand generation, digital marketing, event marketing, and regional initiatives across North America. The role works closely with sales, product marketing, customer success, and global marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and support key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, events, and partner channels.
• Plan and manage webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer events, and virtual programs, handling logistics, registrations, promotions, vendor coordination, and follow‑up.
• Maintain event assets, collateral, branded merchandise, and trade‑show materials, including inventory control and on‑site support.
• Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows within marketing automation platforms.
• Support lead management, campaign follow‑up, and CRM data‑quality initiatives.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and related financial processes.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced software environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in B2B technology or software marketing preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email campaign tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Event planning and logistics coordination experience.
