Director, Brand Strategy & Communications

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative leader to shape and elevate our brand’s identity, reputation, and market presence across the United States. The Director, Brand Strategy & Communications will drive integrated brand initiatives that align business objectives with meaningful audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated brand strategy aligned with business goals, vision, and target audience needs.
• Lead external communications, including public relations, thought leadership, media engagement, and advertising.
• Oversee creation of impactful content across digital, social, print, and other channels.
• Partner with product, sales, customer success, and internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of content professionals delivering awareness and engagement campaigns.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure brand awareness, communication effectiveness, audience engagement, and market perception.
• Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency in tone, visual identity, and customer experiences.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, or marketing leadership.
• Proven ability to build strong narratives and scale brand initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning brand work with business objectives.
