Digital Project Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Coordinator to support the execution of client engagements across multiple departments of our fast‑growing U.S. healthcare marketing agency. This remote, full‑time position is not entry‑level; you will own a defined portfolio of client work and act as a critical operational partner to production, account management, strategists, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health and accuracy of the ClickUp project management environment for all active accounts and campaigns.
• Assign, update, and track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring they are reflected correctly in the system.
• Monitor progress across multiple concurrent workstreams, identify risks, delays, scope shifts, and operational blockers early, and escalate as needed.
• Provide concise project status updates to stakeholders and ensure internal deadlines and cross‑functional handoffs are executed efficiently.
• Serve as the central liaison between Paid Media, Analytics, Creative, SEO, Web, and Account Management teams.
• Translate client‑driven changes into actionable internal updates and collaborate with Account Coordinators and Strategists to align execution with client expectations.
• Create and maintain organized project documentation, meeting notes, workflows, and status reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in an agency environment with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Detail‑oriented while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify and address operational issues before they escalate.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability.
