Marketing Manager – Fintech & Construction Solutions

About the role

We are a fast-growing U.S. fintech focused on payments, financing and trade credit for the construction sector. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute our multi-brand marketing strategy, drive community engagement and expand our digital presence across SaaS platforms, a B2B marketplace and physical building-materials brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social-media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage business customers, influencers and industry leaders.
• Act as community manager, monitoring comments, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships with key partners.
• Plan, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social and content channels, including drip and lead-nurturing workflows.
• Create and maintain websites on platforms such as Shopify and WordPress, improving SEO and AEO to boost organic traffic.
• Organise industry events, trade shows and webinars, producing marketing collateral to support sales and generate leads.
• Identify, evaluate and implement AI-driven marketing tools to automate content creation, social publishing and email outreach.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and continuously refine tactics to maximise conversion rates and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS or construction-related industries.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on attitude, capable of switching between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies applied to marketing.
