Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm with more than 3,000 lawyers and business services professionals across 50 offices, is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing. The role leads the day-to-day execution and optimization of the firm's digital marketing programs, platforms and channels, oversees a team of digital marketing professionals and acts as a key liaison between marketing, business development, lawyers, technology teams and external partners. It is based in the Houston, Austin, Dallas or San Antonio office, with flexibility to visit the office for training or meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, including workload prioritization, career development, recruiting, onboarding and training.
• Partner with the Content and Business Development teams to implement digital marketing strategies that support business development, thought leadership and brand visibility.
• Run digital campaigns across web, email, social media and other channels, sharing performance data and insights with the Content team.
• Manage websites, blogs, microsites and campaign tools, including publishing workflows, intake, ticketing and approval processes, and content audits and lifecycle management.
• Develop and approve keyword, SEO and GEO strategies and work with vendors to improve site search, Google rankings and AI-influenced search results.
• Act as business owner of digital platforms (CMS, analytics tools, microsites, blogs, cloud services), managing external agencies and vendors on scope, budgeting, invoicing and contracts.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and act as escalation point for digital requests and platform issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital media, marketing technology, marketing operations or a related field, with five or more years of relevant experience, preferably in the legal industry, professional services or a complex organization.
• In lieu of a degree, nine years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web management or marketing technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital platforms, SEO strategy and vendor relationships.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members; 1+ years of team management highly preferred.
• Experience managing digital projects, campaigns and stakeholder relationships in a professional services environment preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of CMS, content management systems and analytics tools.
• Preferred: Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, HTML, CSS, Data Studio, SharePoint, Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Coveo, Semrush, Microsoft 365, LastPass.
• Working knowledge of HTML, SEO and digital accessibility standards; GEO knowledge and Bar rule understanding a plus.
