Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a client‑facing Digital Marketing Manager to join HomeTree Digital, a fast‑growing agency serving the financial services sector. The role is remote but candidates must reside in New York State.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital marketing projects for multiple clients, including organic and paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn and X.
• Manage marketing databases, email programs, and social media accounts.
• Design and optimise landing pages, user funnels and conduct A/B or multivariate testing.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools to deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with design teams using Figma and Adobe Suite, and incorporate AI‑generated image/video assets when appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven digital‑marketing experience, preferably in investment management or finance.
• Strong communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and detail‑orientation skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office suite.
