Digital Experience Manager

About the role

The Digital Experience Manager will oversee the development, management, and optimisation of First Horizon’s owned digital properties, primarily the public website. Working closely with Marketing, Digital Banking, and Digital Engineering, you will ensure that digital experiences align with brand standards, business goals, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management and continuous improvement of the public website and other digital assets.
• Coordinate website updates, enhancements, and campaign‑related initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Brand, Content Strategy, Media, and Social teams to keep digital experiences consistent with messaging and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking and Digital Engineering to implement new features and functionality.
• Manage content publishing within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor performance and user behaviour using analytics tools and recommend optimisation actions.
• Drive improvements to user experience, navigation, and conversion paths while adhering to SEO, ADA accessibility, and digital best practices.
• Assist in testing, optimisation, and maintain documentation, workflows, and processes related to digital experience management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management or digital experience roles.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (ADA).
