Digital Dosimetry Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Dosimetry Technical Support Specialist to assist customers using our NetDose digital dosimetry platform. You will guide users through the system, troubleshoot devices and software, and ensure smooth operation of their accounts and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails, providing service assistance and guiding customers through account navigation and reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot NetDose devices, gateways, and the mobile app across platforms, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Set up new accounts, process changes, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot and internal systems.
• Document orders, returns, RMA requests, and service updates.
• Assist customers with billing questions and coordinate with Finance and Operations for invoicing.
• Train and mentor teammates on device setup and troubleshooting techniques.
• Document recurring issues for Product and Engineering and create knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or account management experience.
• Minimum one year of technical support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certification, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL Foundation.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware devices, gateways, and software applications.
