Digital Data Analyst

About the role

Comfrt is seeking a data‑driven storyteller to join the team as a Digital Data Analyst. You will go beyond reporting to analyze the customer’s digital journey, uncover friction points, and translate findings into actionable business and marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for digital analytics, maintaining dashboards and performing deep‑dive analysis of traffic patterns, user flow, and campaign impact.
• Map complex site journeys, identify drop‑off points, and recommend optimizations to improve conversion and retention.
• Communicate “so‑what” insights to Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and CX stakeholders.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing programs by explaining the reasons behind test results.
• Collaborate with developers and tagging teams to ensure accurate tagging and compliant tracking.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a digital analytics or web‑focused data role.
• Analytical mindset: you investigate the cause behind numbers and propose impact‑driving actions.
• Exceptional communication skills to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable stories.

Required skills

• Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager (experience with AppsFlyer or similar tools is a plus)
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Workspace
• SQL for querying and merging site data with backend customer data
